碩士也念了快要兩年半了~ 突然間覺得感觸良多 昨天下午從林口長庚 坐公車回新莊 發現林口這段時間 真的多了很多新房子 就讓我想起了 以前在林口工作的日子 讓我感觸良多 當初 會想要給自己一次機會 擁抱自己的夢想 說實在也是拜 當初在"林口"工作的關係 想當初，因為工作的環境惡劣 讓我自己發現自己不是很適合走土木業 在跟家人討論的結果之下 獲得了家人的支持 我轉考了資工 不過 我想興趣不合 可能也只是詭辯!!!! 因為，事情一定會有出路的。 就跟我當初一直認為 那塊工地怎樣怎樣不好 怎樣怎樣不順利 自己有千百個理由來述說 自己不適合土木業 但是 這些林林種種的理由 或許 也可以解釋成自己抗壓性不夠 一切都是自己在逃避 因為事情一定會有出路 只是時間上的問題 在這段時間自己有多少努力 盡了多少力 說穿了自己最清楚 就像是林口的工地 在怎樣 也都是可以解決的 一切都是看自己 怎樣不行哪樣不行 說穿了只不過是詭辯

對於 烹調出好吃的料理 這件事情 有一件事情 真的是相當相當重要 那就是食材到底新鮮不新鮮? 只要食材新鮮 烹飪技術不要太誇張 東西自然就不會太難吃 然而 不新鮮的食材 往往就是要大量的調味料 才有辦法蓋住不好的味道 失去了原本香氣 留下的也只有調味料的芳香 冰箱這個科技的發明 確實是一個相當不錯的保存方式 但是， 一個真正好的冰箱， 不只是，使得東西不會腐爛 不會發出奇怪的味道。 本身 冰箱的水分控制 也是相當重要。 假如說，冰箱的除濕效果，太過好了。 食材就像放到一個高原一樣 雖然，東西不會壞掉。 卻也是失去了原本的水分 相對的，沒有除濕功能的冰箱。 食材將會泡在冰水裡頭， 帶來的是不必要的凍傷。 所以， 冰箱並不是保持新鮮的萬靈丹 真正的萬靈丹 應該是在 鑑賞期之內品嘗完畢吧
